It’s the most wonderful time of the year. In Korea, Christmas is a day for friends and family as well as a time for consuming entertainment be it Television or music.
Here, we have chosen our favourite 25 songs released from the world of K-pop ranging from first generation bands to songs released as recently as 2024.
Out of a list of 50 classic Christmas songs, we could only pick 25, so for those of you wanting to explore more, check out our compiled playlist of K-pop Christmas songs here.

The Last Christmas – One Hundred Label

Coming up with this advent calendar, one of the biggest fears was creating a list that focused on the past and didn’t include any modern pieces released in real-time.
However, 10 days in, we have already featured three songs from 2024 and back-to-back songs from the past two days. Today, we bring you one of the most highly anticipated releases from the One Hundred Label and its star-studded cast of musicians.
We previously covered JYP Entertainment and their song “This Christmas” in this advent calendar, which at the time brought all of the company’s biggest stars and second-generation K-pop legends all on one track.
We left a question on that track asking which artists you want to see on a Christmas song. However, I don’t think anyone would have thought of the incredible talent we have gotten from the One Hundred Label on this track. The newly formed company tries to build relationships with K-pop fans and show off their amazing talent.
Featuring Lee Seung Gi, Taemin, Baekhyun, Chen, Xiumin, Ha Sung Woon, BIBI, Lee Mu Jin, BE.O and Bad Villain. The song is created with all proceeds going to the Korean Red Cross, which aims to support children suffering from rare and incurable diseases.
The song itself is something extremely unique and new to K-pop Christmas music. An end-of-world scenario on Christmas Eve, “The Last Christmas” music video, is reminiscent of K-drama with a news TV show breaking the news of a meteoroid hitting Earth on Christmas Eve.
The song itself is one of the better examples of agency collective songs and music as the 4-minute-long track gives a perfect amount of time for each group and soloist to perform on the track, whether it is the carolling of likes of Lee Seung Gi, Ha Sung Woon and Lee Mu Jin or the rapping of BE.O and Bad Villain. The song perfectly mixes genres in the preferred style of each member, clearly dividing the song to make a coherent and free-flowing K-pop song, something that has been criticised and that agencies have failed to do in the past.
Overall, “The Last Christmas” does an incredible job at blending genres and showcasing their talent with a song, hopefully leading to more agency songs filled with the great talent we are currently blessed with in K-pop.
