Bestselling and beloved

It’s been a good year for Korean literacy and authors, with Han Kang claiming the Nobel Prize in Literature. We have also been blessed with books such as Your Utopia by Bora Chung, Snowglobe by Soyoung Park and Another Person by Kang Hwa-gil.

‘Bestselling and beloved’ examines these texts, looking into Korea’s most beloved literature and diving into the shifts and changes in each generation from the 17th century to the present and potential future themes of books following Han Kang’s success.
