After a solid start to the year, topped by five incredible events over five days, February poses to carry on this success with many significant events announced across January.

With the current leap year seeing an extra day in February, the month sees more time for events hosted across the country on top of the already staple Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day events.

Dreamcatcher: Luck Inside seven doors

One of the most anticipated events this month, Dreamcatcher will once again make their European return as they make their fourth UK tour date as they prove to be one of Europe’s favourite girl groups. Now extended to a 7-stop tour, it is an unmissable tour for all Insomnias and K-pop fans.

A hip-hop crew under the label PYRAT, founded by label owner and infamous rapper COLDE, they have quickly established themselves as one of the best up-and-coming crews in Korea.

Their performance at The Garage in London marks their first venture to the UK and showcases since debuting in 2022 as they look to continue to impress.

HMV Vault K-pop event

One of the flagship HMV stores with a dedicated K-pop section, HMV Vault Birmingham quickly established itself as one of the leading K-pop hubs in 2023, with many influencers and K-pop fans travelling to the store to catch a glance at the venue and attend one of its many events.

Now, after successfully starting the year with photocard trading events, they look to continue their success from last year and once again continue to promote the brilliant Birmingham K-pop dance community in the name of love through their Valentine’s Day dance event.

The event will see a great range of Midlands dance talent from university-led groups such as Coventry University’s KDSCU and Warwick University’s Koncept; it also features some of the scene’s best dance groups such as Areum, Elite, IVIX and Cove.
